This academy is ideal for those interested in the human mind, mental health, child development, and family dynamics. It also appeals to students inspired by the culinary world, fashion, and home design. 

The Human Services sector offers a wide range of learning experiences in areas such as food preparation and safety, nutrition, family financial decisions, parenting, mental health, event planning, and fashion and interior design—helping students explore careers that make a positive impact on individuals and communities.

The Early Childhood Education pathway is designed for students who have a strong interest in working with young children. This program provides a foundation in child development, early learning environments, and effective teaching strategies for children from birth to age five.

Students gain valuable hands-on experience through classroom observations and interactive activities, helping them apply what they learn in real-world settings. This pathway prepares students for future careers in education, childcare, and other child-focused professions, while also building skills in communication, patience, and leadership.

Students will learn through courses such as Human Development, Family Studies, and Foundations of Early Childhood Development.

The Fashion and Interior Design (FAID) pathway introduces students to a dynamic industry shaped by culture, lifestyle, personal expression, and economic trends. Throughout this sector, students develop creative and technical skills as they explore how design influences the spaces we live in and the clothes we wear.

Students have the opportunity to diversify learning within the two strands of the FAID pathway. An introductory course called Introduction to Fashion and Interior Design immerses students into both strands of this sector.  

• Fashion and Apparel, students will engage in classes such as Apparel Production and Fashion Trends. 
• Interior Design allows students to learn in classes such as Interior Design and Drafting and Architecture. 

This pathway helps build problem-solving, artistic, and practical skills—preparing students for both college and careers in fashion, interior design, merchandising, and related fields.

The Restaurant and Event Management pathway prepares students with the skills needed to effectively plan, manage, and oversee operations in both restaurant and event settings. Students gain an understanding of culinary practices while developing strong leadership and communication skills essential for working with both team members and customers.

Throughout this sector, students learn technical skills in Culinary and Baking Classes, along with Event Planning Management. This pathway offers valuable preparation for future careers in hospitality, event coordination, and restaurant management.

The Travel and Tourism pathway introduces students to the business and management of travel-related services. This sector focuses on the coordination and promotion of experiences for consumers, including destinations, attractions, airlines, cruise lines, museums, cultural institutions, and booking services.  Students develop skills in customer service, marketing, event planning, and global awareness.

Throughout the Travel and Tourism sector, students study classes such as Foundations of Travel and Tourism, Entrepreneurship, and Foundations of Hospitality and Management.
