Inspire - Elementary

At our elementary schools, our goal is to INSPIRE students at the youngest age to dream big. Through Future Ready projects, students dive into real-world problems and work together to come up with creative solutions, from the first idea all the way to a final product or presentation. Along the way, they meet with local experts and community members who help them see how classroom learning connects to real jobs and challenges in the world around them. After-school clubs give students even more chances to explore their interests, whether it's coding, pet care, publishing, or something entirely their own. As they explore, students also learn about their personal Agilities—like what they’re naturally good at, what excites them, and how those skills show up in different careers. All of this helps our youngest learners take their first steps toward becoming the confident, capable graduates we imagine in our Portrait of a Graduate.
